Nicolette Wuring is the founder and 
managing director of Customer M@nagement Services. She assists and inspires managers and organizations to transform their focus from shareholder to stakeholder, from product to people, from 'human doing' to 'human being'. Nicolette Wuring was Vice President Customer Care for UPC Broadband Europe and is the author of the book 'Customer Advocacy; When You Care, People Notice' (2008).
George Manka
George Manka is a director at the Center 
for Creative Leadership Europe (CCL). CCL has conducted extensive research on a host of leadership topics. Based on this research, George will address how you can spread leadership throughout the organization and use it effectively at all levels in these difficult times. Leadership should not be restricted to the top of organizations.

Twan van de Kerkhof
Twan van de Kerkhof is the chairman of FEL. He founded FEL in 2003 as a forum for leadership professionals. He also is the managing director of the European Leadership Platform, a membership organisation for top executives. Twan was a journalist for 15 years before founding ELP and FEL. From 1999 until 2003, he was Chief Editor of Management Scope, the leading management publication in the Netherlands. Twan has written five books on leadership. He studied economics in Tilburg and Amsterdam.
